Troubleshooting
This section describes the most common situations that may occur while using the screener, along with possible causes and solutions.
If the issue cannot be resolved using the recommendations below, check your internet connection, VPN settings, or contact support.
📉 Charts are not loading or updating
Charts in the screener are loaded directly from exchange data sources in your browser.
The screener does not proxy or store market data on its own side.
If charts are not loading or have stopped updating, possible reasons include:
- One of the exchanges is unavailable in your region.
- VPN or proxy is missing or configured incorrectly.
- The connection is blocked by network filters or browser extensions.
- Your internet connection is unstable.
- There are temporary issues on the exchange side.
What to do
- check whether the exchange is accessible;
- enable VPN or switch to another server;
- disable blocking browser extensions;
- refresh the screener page;
- try opening the screener in another browser.
📊 Coins that exist on the exchange are missing from the list
In most cases, this is related to active filters.
The upper toolbar includes a 24h trading volume filter.
If a coin does not meet the selected value, it will not appear in the list.
Check the following
- volume filter value;
- selected exchanges;
- active sorting settings;
- coin list display settings.
After changing the filters, the coin list updates automatically.
🧱 A density appears in the screener but not in the order book
This may happen for several reasons.
Possible causes
1. The order book of another exchange is open
The density information always shows the exchange where the order was detected.
For example:
BY-F BTC 45M
This means the density was found on Bybit Futures.
If you open the order book of a different exchange, that order may not be present.
2. Different display units
In the screener, densities are shown in USDT equivalent,
while exchange order books may show them in coin quantity.
🗺 The density map is empty
If the density map is empty, several reasons are possible.
Possible causes
- the minimum density size is set too high;
- not all exchanges are enabled;
- filtering settings restrict the displayed orders;
- data is still loading.
It is also possible that the market simply does not currently contain orders that match the selected filters.
What to check
- lower the minimum density size;
- enable additional exchanges;
- refresh the page.
📉 Price goes through a density
Sometimes price may cross a density level.
This is normal market behavior and may happen for several reasons.
Main reasons
- the chart is opened from another exchange;
- there is a small price difference between exchanges;
- the market is highly volatile;
- the order may have been removed or filled.
Densities reflect limit orders in the order book,
so their position can change as liquidity changes.
🔔 An alert is created and immediately disappears
The most likely reason is that your authentication session has expired.
How to solve it
- Go to the Multilaunchess website.
- Sign in again.
- Refresh the screener page.
After refreshing, alerts should work correctly.
If the issue is not resolved
If none of the solutions above helped, it is recommended to:
- refresh the screener page;
- check your internet connection;
- verify your VPN is working properly;
- contact Multilaunchess support.
