I didn't enable auto mode on day one. For the first few days I used the agent manually and watched how it picked setups and built the trade plan. Seeing direction, confidence and the reasoning around a trade made it much easier to decide what I was comfortable automating.
I connected the journal mostly for the stats. I was already watching PnL, but I wasn't tracking win rate or profit factor properly. Once the trades were grouped by period, a couple of overtrading habits became pretty obvious.
I used to bounce between charts and still catch moves late. Now I check the screener first for volatility, levels and liquidity zones, then open the pairs that actually look interesting. It cuts out a lot of noise for me.
I didn't switch on automation right away. I spent a few days watching which setups the agent selected, then set my own risk limits and enabled auto mode. That's what I like about it — automation doesn't have to mean giving the system a blank check.
I mostly use Launcher for testnets. The biggest time saver is not rebuilding the same environment over and over or trying to remember which profile belongs where. Once the account list gets big, that matters a lot.
Liquidity zones and Telegram alerts are what I use most. I don't want ten charts open all day waiting for price to reach a level. I let the screener run, get the alert, and then check the setup myself.
