2. Description of the Service

1. MultiLaunchess provides the user with access to software, an online platform, and digital functionality, including profile management, automated workflows, scripts, analytical tools, and supporting tools, within the scope of the selected subscription plan.
2. The service is digital in nature and is provided remotely through the website, application, and service interfaces.
3. The available functionality depends on the selected plan, technical conditions, and the current service configuration.

3. Checkout Procedure and Service Delivery

1. The user selects a subscription plan on the MultiLaunchess website and/or in the application interface.
2. Before payment, the user is provided with information about the plan name, subscription period, price, and available payment method.
3. After clicking the payment button, the user is redirected to an external payment service to complete the payment.
4. After payment confirmation, access to the selected plan is activated automatically in the user account. Activation usually happens immediately after payment confirmation, but in some cases may take up to 24 hours.
5. The service is considered to have started once the subscription is activated and the user is granted access to paid functionality.

4. Price and Payment Terms

1. The current subscription price is displayed on multilaunchess.com and/or in the application interface at the moment of checkout.
2. Payment is made using the methods available on the checkout page at the moment of purchase.
3. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The Operator does not store bank card details.
4. The user's payment obligation is considered fulfilled once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
5. If auto-renewal is enabled, the user agrees to recurring charges in accordance with the payment provider rules and the service settings.

5. Cancellation Before Subscription Activation

1. The user may cancel the service before subscription activation by sending a request to: multilaunchess@gmail.com.
2. The request should be sent from the email address associated with the account or should otherwise contain enough information to identify the payment and the account.
3. To process the request, the user should provide:
   • full name;
   • account email;
   • payment date and amount;
   • payment method;
   • reason for the request.

6. Request Review and Refund Procedure

1. The user sends a request to the Operator’s email specified in this document.
2. The Operator verifies the payment details, subscription status, and the circumstances of the request.
3. The request is reviewed within 5 (five) business days from the moment all required information is received.
4. If the refund is approved, the funds are returned using the same payment method within up to 10 (ten) banking days.
5. If there is not enough information to process the request, the Operator may request clarifying details, and the review period begins from the moment such details are received.

7. If the Subscription Has Already Been Activated

1. If the subscription has already been activated and access to paid functionality has already been provided, the request is reviewed individually based on the service actually provided as of the request date.
2. If the subscription is not activated automatically after payment, the user should first contact support at multilaunchess@gmail.com — the Operator will verify the payment and, if needed, help complete the activation manually.

1. This document applies together with the MultiLaunchess Terms of Service.
2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. By proceeding with the checkout and payment, the user confirms that they have reviewed this document, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

2. This document and related relations are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
3. Disputes and disagreements should, where possible, be resolved through negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, it shall be handled in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.
